The CEO and Construction Manager, Nikolaou Fotios, has the longest-running activity in the team. Starting in 1991, he gained experience and technical knowledge in the field of construction. The projects he has carried out vary in character and scale. Indicatively, he has been involved in hotel units in Kos and Rhodes, exhibitions that house automakers (NISSAN, FORD), holiday homes, detached houses, apartment buildings, shopping centers and sports facilities in educational structures.
Nikolaou Michalis, is a Civil Engineer and a partner since 2019. Projects he has supervised are mainly hotel units and detached houses. With a field of knowledge concerning the behavior of reinforced concrete, he can communicate its benefits and weaknesses depending on the needs of the construction of the project, avoiding the case of failure or damage. As a younger person, he can combine construction knowledge with modern design and application trends.
The youngest partner of our company, Nikolaou Kalypso, is a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki of the Department of Architectural Engineering. She has worked in architectural offices in Thessaloniki and Rhodes by gaining experience in technical issues of project planning and solving in tourist complexes and hotel units. Her recent action concerns a program of promotion of intangible cultural heritage in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture. Her practice combines the issuance of building permits after studying the required design requirements. Finally, she is responsible for the online business image by designing and supervising their graphic and promotional performance.
